Apparently my blog was stolen for a short time by some Monkey type creature, while this is not immediately an issue, it did make me realise I haven’t been doing my blogging duty of late and I plan to change this.

I’m not entierly sure why i was looking at my old uni user space last night at godawful times of the morning, but i decided to update its front page to point to warmfusion.co.uk. To do that i logged in via Webdav (well.. i used NetDrive to map it to a drive letter) and i found all sorts of cool stuff.

I updated the Notices page on Planet Comscare with news that i was thinking of making a noo theme, I couldnt help myself and added a few sneaky features already. You may have noticed the little + next to the titles of each post, its the beginning of a cookie based system of showing/hiding all posts from users or wotever so you only see posts from people u want to (ie, not urself as u know what uve written).
The other less noticable feature is the navigation bar has been upgraded so you can place stuff where you want it, again this isnt complete as i dont actually store your prefered layouts etc but after half hour work

Hey all, nothing too interesting, its 1AM and i have a lecture at 9, have a funny feeling that Factory aint going to be much fun this final semester. Didnt go out with Gav in the end wasnt too bothered in fairness, wasnt upto going out anyway. And i actually managed to do some work on my Final Year Project :O I didnt actually do anything specific, i spent an awful lot of time sprucing up my code i wrote over xmas. Changing Points to DoublePoints and then to Point2D’s etc (took about half hour of pissing around to do that), removed a ton of code from one class, moved to others etc.

In my efforts to avoid work, i have managed to create something thats reasonably cool, its a Phobia list, but not just any list, oh no. It has a simple text box as its interface, thats it. Start typing the name of a phobia and it’ll autocomplete and if u use the cursors to select (havnt got mouse selects working yet) it’ll show you the definition to the side.

Hey, No blogs of crazyness today, been very busy working with ben on new design drafts for Face Model Managment, a prospective client of Web Dragon. Ive been designing a logo for them to use for the past few hours, and i’ve got a few that i quite like. I’m not sure if i should show you them on here yet, the copyright is mine, but its still a bit of a grey area for draft works.
We have a good idea for the basic site layouts etc and we’re basically waiting for me to finish my logo but me and ben have been working on managment systems in order to make sure

Ok, ive been horribly busy lately, its my last week in work and its getting crazy.
Making CD’s and their covers, powerpoints, pdfs, docs, websites, scans, adverts, php, and even discussing Skype.
Its alot of work but its kinda fun, i prefer this to having nothing at all to do. Feeling tired now, its 6pm and im still here waiting for a few changes to a PPT before being burnt and then covered and sent out.

We’ve got ourselves a site sorted out already and we’ve even designed Buisness Cards and Letterheads etc.
The website is at www.web-dragon.co.uk but the site itself is still in dev. I need to create a flash portfolio bar for the main header which’ll scroll from side to side based on the location of the mouse and also magnify the images similar to the Mac OSx Bar.
Im not 100% happy with the website yet, something doesnt feel right, i think theres too much header and not enough texture, but i’ll sort

Hey, me and ben have been throwing the idea of setting up a psuedo company identity for us. At the moment, any web design or app work we do is credited to ourselves, which is all well and good but we’d like to share our wealth of experience and have a corporate identity with which we can advertise our services and gain more portfolio work for future job prospects.
However, to that end we require a Name to use. Combinations of our current alias (warmfusion and doushite) are hardly family friendly with WarmShite and DouFusion… so we need something more innovative.
Current ideas have been things like ImagineIT, FirstImpressions etc but most of them have been taken.

Ok, so im sat in work, its 14:20 and im bored, i *think* ive got work to do but i cant for the life of me remember/be fucked to do anything. I wanna be getting on with stuff and finalise this damn website, but atm its just getting slower and slower to add content to the pages. Its pretty much done apart from needing someone who knows the company better to go through it and just add things to some pages. A marketing type would be useful for some wording as well mind, but thats just life.
